Los Sueños Resort and Marina is a place to enjoy the
finer side of life, luxury, beauty, excitement and comfort.
This last year defined each of these points through various
activities and events held on-site including, among others,
the grand opening of the Marina Village Commercial Center,
the 2007 Los Sueños Signature Billfish Series, the
continually fantastic Iguana Invitational and the release
of our newest project, Vista Bahía at Vista Los Sueños.
The release of Vista Bahía Residences, located on
the first terrace of Vista Los Sueños, was an astonishing
success. Of the 21 units that were released at the Sales
Event held on Saturday, June 2, 2007 we have sold 20, demonstrating
that Los Sueños remains at the forefront of the luxury
real estate market in Costa Rica. Despite the downward trend
in the U.S. real estate market, Los Sueños remains
strong and stands tall with great interest in our quality
products, as the success of the Vista Bahía launch
so vividly established. (See page 16)
To keep up with demand, we are developing three new products.
The first, neighboring Vista Bahía at Vista Los Sueños
is Vista del Sol Residences, which is comprised of four
units and offers gorgeous views, expanded interiors and
large terraces. Alongside Vista del Sol Residences will
be six detached single-family villas christened Vista del
Sol Villas. Each villa plan includes three bedrooms and
three bathrooms, as well as a private detached “casita”
for guests. Both products feature the same attractive tropical-island
architecture that made Vista Bahía so popular. The
third product under development is Las Villas at Calles
Riviera and Malibu at Altamira. Las Villas are an impressive
combination of Old-world architecture and Mediterranean
design. All three products are truly, Beyond Compare. (See

Fishing, fun and good natured competition were enjoyed by
over 700 participants, sponsors and guests during the 2007
Los Sueños Signature Billfish Series, presented by
CABO Yachts. Los Sueños welcomed a total of 58 teams,
which battled, baited and fished for a combined total of
six days over two tournaments to catch and release an astounding
1,150 billfish, including 82 marlin and 1,068 sailfish!
